What is said in the show
Alexandre Herbinet and Aldric Cassata host a Jab Culture live dedicated to the UFC lightweight division. After a Q&A segment on roster news, the two hosts note that the division has 102 fighters and present the top 15 according to the meta ranking. They then revisit the rumor of a fight between Ilia Topuria and Salahdine Parnasse at UFC 336 in January, explaining how it was manufactured by an account called MMA DBM, picked up without verification by several outlets including L'Equipe, before being debunked by its own source. They analyze a video of Paddy Pimblett expressing his desire to coach opposite Topuria on The Ultimate Fighter, then discuss Diego Lopes moving up to 155 lbs, and the rumor of Justin Gaethje vacating his belt to fight Conor McGregor. The two hosts then build their fantasy lightweight cards: eight preliminary fights and five main card fights, matching UFC roster fighters against outside recruits, featuring names such as Benoit Saint-Denis, Max Holloway, Charles Oliveira, Salahdine Parnasse, Kilian Salkild, Mauricio Ruffy, Usman Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje.

Key moments
« The Topuria vs Salahdine Parnasse fight was false information. A source I had played me and spent weeks building trust with me just so I would spread fake news for their own amusement. I apologize for my ignorance. »

« There were 50 videos and stuff and posts about there being a rumor. Look at how many videos or things there were saying it was false. Way, way fewer. »
Alexandre Herbinet · at 27:58
« I would love to do The Ultimate Fighter with Ilia Topuria. I would get inside his head for 6 weeks. He wouldn't know what to look at or what to say. I would put him in an awkward position constantly. »
Alexandre Herbinet · at 29:56
« Benoit Saint-Denis, guys, you hit him square in the head, he laughs, he smiles. He's a nightmare for every fighter. You know on top of that he's going to be hard to finish. »
Aldric Cassata · at 1:07:26
« I think he can win. Meaning I'm not putting that out there thinking Justine is going to run right through him no matter what. »
