What is Jab Life?
Launched in April 2025, Jab Life is the combat sports media in the French language: MMA, boxing and combat culture, with long-form shows that a young, male and engaged audience watches all the way through.

Long-form is the backbone of the media: an average of ninety minutes per episode, live debriefs after every major event, previews, fighter interviews and immersive documentaries. Short-form content on social media brings people in; the shows are what keeps them.
This site brings together every episode, summarized and chaptered based on what was actually said, plus a profile for every fighter the team covers regularly. It is filmed at Recordia studios in Nice and published by Greenbull Media.
